This is an action for divorce from bond of matrimony commenced August 28, 1952, by the plaintiff Dr. Richard B. Gordon, against the defendant, Louise M. Gordon on ground of cruel and inhuman treatment. The defendant by amended answer denied the charges alleged against her in the complaint and affirmatively asserted meretricious conduct on the part of the plaintiff. No counterclaim was interposed. Judgment of divorce was rendered in plaintiffs favor, a division of the estate was adjudicated, and the custody of the minor children was awarded to the plaintiff. The defendant moved for a review and modification of the judgment. The motion was denied. Subsequently the defendant moved for temporary alimony, attorney fees and suit money for the period pending appeal. Such alimony allowance was ordered with payments thereon to be accredited to interest or principal due to the defendant on her share of the division of the estate. Attorney fees and suit money in the sum of $250 was also ordered.
