STEWART, Justice: Plaintiff brought this action to recover damages caused by defendants negligent acknowledgment of a document that incorrectly indicated that certain properties held in escrow had unencumbered equity values available as security for the plaintiff. The trial court ruled that defendants action constituted negligent misrepresentation and awarded appropriate damages. We affirm.
