There is a prayer that defendants set forth the nature of such claim; also that plaintiff's title be quieted and defendants enjoined from further asserting any claim adverse to plaintiff. The answer sets forth that defendants Ervin became the owners of the property "by deed dated June 8, 1942, executed and acknowledged by May E. Rich, to these defendants." The deed was recorded June 10, 1942.
